What you will do

  • Own full-life-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for technical, sales, marketing, and leadership roles.
  • Manage a mix of high-volume requisitions and specialized searches while maintaining candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a consultant to prioritize roles and drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Actively source talent to build pipelines for both immediate needs and long-term goals.
  • Experiment with and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Maintain strong requisition management discipline across multiple concurrent openings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within both high-volume and specialized environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions across diverse disciplines.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
  • Hands-on experience or strong curiosity regarding AI tools in recruiting.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
