Salary: $84,900 – $124,800 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Drive full lifecycle recruiting for complex and high-priority G&A and Go-To-Market roles across multiple disciplines.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Champion process improvements and operational efficiencies using data analytics to inform decisions.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultative partnership to hiring managers and business leaders on talent acquisition best practices.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and performance data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize hiring pipelines.
- Promote AI adoption within the team to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with an emphasis on Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or G&A.
- Proven track record of using quantitative data to drive actionable hiring plans and insights.
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Experience using AI tools for sourcing and coordination.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong project management skills for leading complex hiring initiatives.
