What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales hiring engine, building pipelines that yield 5 to 8 hires per month.
- Conduct 20+ candidate screens weekly using creative sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Juicebox.
- Assess candidates for grit, coachability, and communication skills to ensure high-quality sales performance.
- Develop and codify hiring personas and candidate-facing collateral to attract top-tier sales talent.
- Drive in-person hiring strategies in Austin and Phoenix through local events, campus visits, and networking.
- Partner with sales leadership to refine assessment loops and reduce monthly churn.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on high-velocity sales roles (SDR/AE).
- Proven track record of sustaining high-volume pipelines and hitting monthly hiring targets.
- Expertise in modern sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
- Ability to design and refine assessment processes that predict on-the-floor performance.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to report on hiring metrics like a P&L.
