Location: Must be based in or able to work in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales hiring engine, building pipelines that yield 5 to 8 hires per month.
  • Conduct 20+ candidate screens weekly using creative sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Juicebox.
  • Assess candidates for grit, coachability, and communication skills to ensure high-quality sales performance.
  • Develop and codify hiring personas and candidate-facing collateral to attract top-tier sales talent.
  • Drive in-person hiring strategies in Austin and Phoenix through local events, campus visits, and networking.
  • Partner with sales leadership to refine assessment loops and reduce monthly churn.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on high-velocity sales roles (SDR/AE).
  • Proven track record of sustaining high-volume pipelines and hitting monthly hiring targets.
  • Expertise in modern sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
  • Ability to design and refine assessment processes that predict on-the-floor performance.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to report on hiring metrics like a P&L.
