Compensation: $55,700 - $83,500

What you will do

• Conduct on-site evaluations and engineering analysis of commercial and industrial energy systems.
• Collect, validate, and analyze field data including load profiles and equipment performance.
• Develop, calculate, and verify baselines and curtailment strategies using engineering principles.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for program improvement.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, account managers, and internal engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues using data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in energy engineering, field engineering, or technical program delivery.
• Must live in and travel throughout the Virginia utility territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Must be 21+ with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Associate’s degree or technical certification required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
