Salary: $26.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Process RESP withdrawals and transfer requests.
• Coordinate the timing and generation of monthly ESDC grant files.
• Reconcile monthly RESP grant payments from ESDC with internal systems.
• Manage settlements for Trustee, RSP, and TFSA contributions and deregistrations.
• Handle RRIF/LIF payment setups and recurring events.
• Administer pension plan unlocking and related documentation.

Requirements

• Current Canadian Work Authorization is required.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with registered (RRSP, TFSA, RESP) and non-registered account types.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the brokerage industry.
• Completion of or enrollment in a financial services program (e.g., CSC).
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
