TL;DR

New Accounts Administrator (Finance): Managing the lifecycle of brokerage accounts and client maintenance activities with an accent on regulatory compliance and data accuracy. Focus on processing complex account updates, ensuring documentation integrity, and providing high-quality support to clients within the Dataphile environment.

Location: Must be based in Canada with current work authorization. The role is hybrid, based in Toronto until late 2026, then moving to Mississauga.

Salary: $26.00–$31.00 CAD per hour.

What you will do

  • Open and review new accounts in the Dataphile system in a timely manner.
  • Support a broad range of account lifecycle and client maintenance activities.
  • Manage routine and complex account updates across multiple systems.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to internal and regulatory industry requirements.
  • Provide clear instructions to clients regarding account deficiencies to ensure an effortless experience.

Requirements

  • Must have current work authorization for Canada.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with non-registered (Cash, Margin, Joint) and registered (RRSP, TFSA, RESP) account types.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of or experience in the brokerage industry.
  • Completion of or enrollment in a financial services industry program (e.g., CSC).
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
