What you will do
- Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle from bid sign-on through submission, approvals, and contract negotiation.
- Act as deal architect by partnering with go-to-market teams to define commercial structures and bid strategy.
- Drive bid management across pace, structure, and quality; translate complex opportunities into clear, actionable strategies.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Legal, Product, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Finance to enable timely decisions.
- Structure and simplify complex deals, including pricing strategy, positioning, bundles, and tailored commercial constructs.
- Own deal financials and modelling, proactively manage commercial/financial/contractual risks, and run post-deal reviews to improve win rates.
Requirements
- Experience in telecom or strong understanding of telecom products and solutions.
- Proven track record leading complex, high-value deals including bids and negotiations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in pricing and deal modelling.
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive structured decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
