What you will do

• Serve as the primary product expert for regional teams and distributor partners.
• Ensure international product readiness for launches, updates, and lifecycle milestones.
• Coordinate with Brand, Clinical Education, and Regulatory teams to align messaging and strategy.
• Support regional commercial teams with product knowledge, training, and launch readiness.
• Monitor product performance, adoption trends, and competitive developments in international markets.
• Gather and synthesize market feedback to inform portfolio decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or commercial support within healthcare or medtech.
• Strong understanding of product management in regulated industries.
• Proven ability to work in an international, matrixed environment with regional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with experience in stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Experience with diabetes-related products.
• Prior exposure to international markets and distributor-based models.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
