What you will do

• Translate global asset strategy into product-level plans with clear positioning and value propositions.
• Conduct market segmentation to prioritize crops and customer types while optimizing pricing and SKU strategy.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, label expansions, and long-term roadmap decisions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure effective local execution of global strategies.
• Track product performance, manage P&L, and monitor KPIs to deliver actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Biology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in crop protection, seeds, biologicals, or broader agribusiness.
• Proven background in marketing, product management, or portfolio strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
• Experience in cross-functional project execution and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to translate technical product features into clear, market-relevant value propositions.
