What you will do

• Define and deliver the simulation product roadmap.
• Develop detailed product requirements and business cases.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and software teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to execute a scalable product vision.
• Monitor product lifecycle, including consumer feedback and technical issues.
• Manage relationships with first-party partners for platform changes and submissions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or an adjacent role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ambitious, hands-on attitude with a focus on end-user product quality.
• Must be able to work on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland, 2-3 days per week.
