Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy and maintain the roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Draft business requirements and user stories while ensuring alignment with software development teams.
• Support product marketing by creating presentations, documentation, and API guides.
• Act as a subject-matter expert during client meetings, demos, and integration projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitive gaps to inform future product planning.
• Support RFP responses and ensure successful feature adoption by clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role.
• Direct experience building digital asset infrastructure, custody solutions, or fintech products.
• Proven ability to collaborate with software development teams and translate business needs into requirements.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations including demos and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Structured, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
