TL;DR

What you will do
- Define and drive the roadmap for endpoint troubleshooting capabilities aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Lead the delivery of capabilities that improve how endpoint issues are detected, understood, and resolved.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear product requirements, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Analyze APIs, integrations, and backend dependencies to support sound product decisions.
- Identify and implement practical AI applications to improve troubleshooting effectiveness and user experience.
- Define and track metrics to measure adoption and product impact.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-led enterprise software company.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and backend systems.
- Experience with data collection, quality, and data-driven troubleshooting workflows.
- Professional-level English (spoken and written).
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lausanne, Switzerland.
Nice to have
- Experience with endpoint technologies, device troubleshooting, or observability products.
- Background in L3 support, root cause analysis, or incident resolution workflows.
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Experience in customer-facing roles like support, pre-sales, or customer success.
