TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Zurich, Switzerland (team day on Thursdays in the office)

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to drive product decisions.
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into impactful features.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
  • Oversee the full product development cycle from discovery to launch and feedback integration.
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders on product decisions and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or scaleup.
  • Experience in the insurance/benefits domain in Switzerland/Liechtenstein, focusing on personal insurance (KTG/UVG/UVGZ).
  • Strong UX/UI intuition and customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience handling large datasets and performing basic data analysis.
  • Ability to shape and execute a product vision and strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
