What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to drive product decisions.
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into impactful features.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the full product development cycle from discovery to launch and feedback integration.
- Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders on product decisions and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or scaleup.
- Experience in the insurance/benefits domain in Switzerland/Liechtenstein, focusing on personal insurance (KTG/UVG/UVGZ).
- Strong UX/UI intuition and customer-centric mindset.
- Experience handling large datasets and performing basic data analysis.
- Ability to shape and execute a product vision and strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills in both English and German.
