What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end creation and launch of innovative webcam solutions and video experiences.
- Integrate advanced technologies like AI and computer vision into consumer and enterprise products.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Industrial Design, UX, and Engineering to deliver iconic products.
- Drive product strategy to maintain global market leadership and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Analyze consumer and enterprise needs to translate insights into actionable product features.
- Ensure seamless user journeys across diverse global markets in both B2B and B2C segments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management with successful software and hardware launches.
- Proven track record in applying Design Thinking to manage complex initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with video technologies and trends, ideally in video hardware.
- Fluent in English with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Must be based in Lausanne, Switzerland or willing to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
