What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle projects from discovery through execution and closeout.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to track budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Lead effective meetings by managing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring outcome-focused results.
• Identify cross-project dependencies, anticipate risks, and proactively manage escalation paths.
• Maintain documentation, track action items, and ensure accountability across all project phases.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work during Central Time Zone business hours.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects within finance and accounting environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project for complex dependency and schedule tracking.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to engage directly with C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel to St. Louis for periodic on-site work.
