Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: St. Louis, MO; remote or hybrid work options. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage moderate- to highly-complex projects from discovery and planning through execution and closeout.
• Support financial planning, budget tracking, cost monitoring, and finance-related project decisions.
• Manage stakeholders, including senior and executive-level leaders, and build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
• Lead focused meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, manage scope, and track action items through completion.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths to support timely decisions and resolution.
• Provide clear project updates while adapting to changing priorities and navigating high-pressure conversations.

Requirements

• Experience supporting projects in finance and accounting environments, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, including complex dependency and schedule tracking.
• Strong project management foundations, delivery practices, communication, negotiation, and follow-through.
• Ability to engage directly with senior leaders and C-level executives while interpreting project data, risks, dependencies, and financial indicators.
• High emotional intelligence and strong awareness of interpersonal dynamics in complex conversations.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong willingness to experiment with and champion AI adoption.
