Project Coordinator I, ANS (Construction)

Location: San Diego, CA, United States. Hybrid work includes a mix of remote work, onsite work at a client location, and work in an Accenture office or center.

What you will do

• Coordinate construction projects under the supervision of a program, project, or functional manager.
• Support project initialization, scoping, execution, monitoring, and deliverable tracking.
• Track work standards, contractor schedules, personnel, discrepancies, communications, and overall project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, tracking procedures, and technical support records.
• Arrange meetings and support risk tracking, issue resolution, and action-item follow-ups.
• Monitor contracting and material procurement statuses across multiple projects and locations.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of direct project coordination support for construction projects, such as electrical or gas substations, compressor, transmission, distribution, IT, or civil projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience with client approval.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement involving remote work, client sites, and an Accenture office or center.

Nice to have

• CAPM, Agile, or other project management certifications or training.
• Ability to assess project financial impact and develop business cases.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and innovative solution development skills.
