Project Management Consultant (Gulf Standard Time Hours)

Location: Remote within the United States; ability to work on Dubai / Gulf Standard Time required.

What you will do

• Oversee successful, on-schedule, and on-budget delivery of software projects.
• Develop and execute project plans covering milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Advise clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and manage risks that may affect project outcomes.
• Prepare project status reports, maintain documentation, and analyze project data and metrics.
• Deliver high-quality project outputs while working in complex and ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of technical project management experience in software implementation and lifecycle management.
• Confidence advising clients in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder awareness, adaptability, and responsiveness.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work with varied project and team styles.
• Familiarity with project and scheduling tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Ability to work on Dubai Time Zone hours.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365.
• Construction, real estate, technology, or consulting experience.
• Experience working with complex business organizations.
