What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and follow defined processes to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Proactively reach decision makers via calls, trials, emails, and outreach to generate and grow pipeline.
- Run exploratory conversations to understand educator needs and deliver virtual product demonstrations.
- Build product expertise around K–8 classroom challenges and trends.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data in CRM (Salesforce) and share competitive insights internally.
- Partner with territory Educational Sales Consultants and represent the company at in-person conferences or school visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or K–12 education (teaching experience highly valued).
- Ability to translate classroom experience into consultative conversations with educators.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with business applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort using chat-based AI tools; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-through, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
