Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do
- Support implementation & onboarding by setting up assessment products for assigned accounts, including configuration and go-live support.
- Deliver ongoing advisory & support to deepen customer use of assessments, including score interpretation, data coaching, and usage reviews.
- Execute assessment migration and content services with focus on scope, quality, and timelines.
- Own customer accounts end-to-end: manage scope, schedule, communication, delivery, and escalate early when needed.
- Document and improve playbooks, templates, and reusable artifacts based on what works.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Product, and Content while acting as a voice of the customer.
Requirements
- US-based remote work.
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, and/or customer-facing professional services.
- Understanding of formative and/or interim assessments, including how they’re built, used, and how educators make decisions from data.
- Strong written and verbal communication for customer emails and data conversations with district leaders.
- Organized and dependable: manage multiple workstreams and proactively flag issues.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to solve problems without a fully defined playbook.
