Salary: $76,900–$115,300 USD (Zone 1) / $71,800–$107,800 USD (Zone 2); variable commission plan eligible

What you will do
- Own ~100 assigned accounts as the preferred CSM, serving as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer relationships, handle challenging situations end-to-end, and drive timely resolutions with cross-functional teams.
- Guide customers to maximize value and ROI through comprehensive, customer-facing value plans and issue resolution.
- Run proactive and reactive outreach (calls and written communication) to keep customers on track with regular cadence.
- Use customer success metrics and engagement data to design targeted campaigns and run remote workshops/webinars.
- Monitor account health, mitigate escalation and churn risk, and lead renewal discussions to support retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles, customer success/account management, and/or sales experience.
- Customer value/ROI and business outcome-driven mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to de-escalate and solve problems.
- Comfort delivering product training and re-selling the value of to customers.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and stay highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and be available for PST/MST hours.
