Account Manager (Energy)

Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 USD + bonus

What you will do

• Be the expert in your account’s strategy, business, market, and goals.
• Define and deliver on account strategy and plan in partnership with leadership.
• Accountable for delivering against contract and business outcomes.
• Lead customers toward realizing business value through hirify.global’s solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and scope for contracts.
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork to deliver against contractual commitments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Strong customer orientation and presence in front of senior management.
• Experience working on large, complex IT or technology projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
