CAD Designer (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Support estimating and engineering efforts through drafting, modeling, and data analysis.
• Generate bid quantities and perform takeoffs for project items.
• Organize and convert incoming CAD/GIS bid data for use in Autodesk Civil3D or Map3D.
• Create and review plans and RFP documents to support procurement and project teams.
• Track design changes and communicate scope updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop cost-effective designs that meet safety and efficiency requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of a two-year technical degree in Drafting and Design (Civil and/or Electrical).
• Proficiency in CAD software and data management.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and RFP documents.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with estimators and project teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Previous CAD design or related industry experience.
