What you will do

• Manage monthly financial reporting packages, variance reports, and general ledger maintenance.
• Review tenant lease language and ensure accurate input into accounting software.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and examine general ledger accuracy.
• Collaborate with property management to create and review annual operating budgets.
• Prepare monthly construction project draws and handle partnership accounting tasks.
• Review AP invoices and cash receipt batches for documentation and coding accuracy.

Requirements

• Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of direct commercial property accounting experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification or CPA candidate status.
