What you will do

• Manage full-cycle month-end close processes, including journal entries and bank/balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to corporate accounting reviewers and partners.
• Calculate division leader bonuses and payroll accruals based on commission billing.
• Track investment entities and accurately record equity pickups.
• Oversee A/P invoices, customer billings, and cash receipts.
• Manage cash for assigned entities and lead ad-hoc analytical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience in public or industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Must be located in or able to work from Dallas, TX.
• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting.

Nice to have

• Experience in the commercial real estate or property management industry.
• Proficiency with Yardi or Workday accounting software.
