What you will do

• Manage and perform month-end close activities for assigned client accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Review bookkeeping work completed by Accounting Associates to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with payroll processing, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding accounting questions and deliverables.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and accounting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Proven experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Public accounting or outsourced accounting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple clients concurrently.
• CPA licensure or active progress toward obtaining it.
