What you will do

• Maintain and update renewal business logs in Quote Tracker and Synergy CRM.
• Send renewal solicitations to existing clients and manage carrier communications.
• Create branded quote documents and payment instructions for PIS renewals.
• Process money mail orders, invoices, and policy servicing tasks like cancellations and endorsements.
• Sort and index mail, distributing to underwriters as required.
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong attention to detail for processing financial and policy documents.

Nice to have

• Prior insurance knowledge or relevant coursework (e.g., INS21, INS22, or INS23).
• Experience in the veterinary industry.
