What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve inquiries and facilitate account servicing.
  • Gather and verify information required for underwriting transactions and maintain follow-up systems for outstanding items.
  • Ensure high accuracy of data entry into internal systems and verify all necessary documentation is present.
  • Communicate routinely with team members and business partners to research and complete transactions.
  • Adhere to internal guidelines and service standards to ensure timely and compliant processing of work.
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and within a team.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
