Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. The role is based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) until late 2026, then moving to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway). Flexible hybrid/remote options available.
Salary: $72 - $98 per hour (Contract ending January 2028).

What you will do
- Set the vision, direction, and execution for content marketing across multiple platforms.
- Partner with Product and Sales leadership to align content strategy with business priorities.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team to drive sales and advisor engagement.
- Develop long-term content marketing plans for B2B advisor-sold and B2C wealth management channels.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior executives and influence decision-making.
- Manage content marketing budgets and anticipate future capability needs.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing functions and teams.
- Deep working knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically wealth management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with an editorial mindset.
Nice to have
- Bilingual in French (written and verbal).
- FinTech content creation experience.
- Experience in asset management.
