What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity function, ensuring seamless transitions from marketing touchpoints to sales-qualified opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a small team responsible for nurturing, routing, and dispositioning leads.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to define and document lead routing processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Design and build dashboards in Salesforce to provide visibility into lead health and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with BI analysts to develop reports and visualize core KPIs regarding funnel velocity and channel effectiveness.
- Audit and enhance the marketing technology stack to ensure maximum ROI and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
- Expert-level knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms and Salesforce.
- Proven success implementing lead generation and actioning frameworks like Forrester/SiriusDecisions.
- Strong ability to build credibility with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and IT.
- Demonstrated experience in data governance and ensuring database integrity.
