What you will do

• Support regional BD managers in developing territory plans and pursuit strategies.
• Generate leads and initiate high-level conversations with prospective clients.
• Contribute to national BD strategy through regional market insights and observations.
• Collaborate with Solutions and Delivery teams to position the company for new opportunities.
• Provide coaching on prospecting, client engagement, and opportunity qualification.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on energy industry trends and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 12+ years of experience with a BA, or 10+ years with an MBA
• Proven experience in the energy efficiency industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead major business development efforts
• Strong background in developing advanced BD concepts and practices
