What you will do
- Provide onsite and remote hardware and software support for Windows and Mac environments.
- Manage the laptop fleet, including maintenance, patching, upgrades, and repairs.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, including account setup via Active Directory and O365.
- Support security and management tools such as Tanium, Intune, JAMF, and BitLocker.
- Coach end users on best practices and promote self-service tools.
- Contribute to regional IT projects across the APAC business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a service desk or desktop support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and VPN.
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MS Copilot, or Claude.
- Must be based in Sydney to fulfill onsite support requirements.
