IT Support Specialist

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for MacOS and Windows laptop fleets and office IT infrastructure.
• Deliver technical onsite support in Dandenong South, Melbourne HQ.
• Support helpdesk queries and manage ticketing/incident workflows.
• Provision and manage laptops for new and replacement devices; handle onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle.
• Support Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT systems and meeting room tech (YeaLink).
• Maintain device/account compliance with policy and audit requirements; document, train, and report on incidents/projects/KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of IT support experience (junior candidates with up to 2 years also welcome).
• Solid fundamentals across Windows/macOS support and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with Intune and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
• Service desk experience with ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk) and incident/request/problem management.
• Ability to own onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle, vendor liaison, and participate in IT rollouts/migrations/upgrades.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical information for non-technical users and deliver customer service.
