What you will do

• Engage with stakeholders and end users to translate technical requirements into software configurations
• Deliver custom configuration, testing, and documentation for client deployments
• Troubleshoot application issues with internal technical teams for rapid resolution
• Provide expert application knowledge and technical guidance to support client success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, application or software support
• Proficiency in T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Active NV1 or NV2 security clearance is mandatory
• Working knowledge of client/server and web platform architecture
• Strong communication skills with confidence to lead technical conversations with clients

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Defense sector clients or secure environments
• Familiarity with SQL Server 2012/2014+, SSRS reporting, Java applications, or IIS configuration
• Ability to present technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences
