Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Execute the Talent and Ambassador marketing strategy across North America, including briefing content moments and seeding talent.
• Manage and grow the Ambassador program by identifying and onboarding new creators.
• Oversee day-to-day creator operations to ensure alignment with brand priorities and regional objectives.
• Develop and execute Ambassador contract proposals and renewals based on defined KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to localize and adapt hirify.global campaigns across paid and owned media.
• Lead the programming and management of the hirify.global HQ experiential space, hosting athlete seminars and in-person experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of influencer marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of the North American social media, commercial, and competitive landscape.
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with talent and management agencies.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston, MA office.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily tasks to maintain high-quality standards.
