What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales, margin, and expense goals for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and retain key dealer and contractor accounts to build long-term brand loyalty.
  • Optimize local distribution strategies and strengthen relationships with regional partners.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute annual business plans.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations to small and large audiences in-person and virtually.
  • Track pipeline activity and territory coverage using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the core geography of Coastal South Carolina.
  • 4+ years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Prior experience engaging with distributors and lumberyards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous CRM experience or professional sales training.
