Compensation: $90,000 - $111,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of individual contributors, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Own the end-to-end implementation and onboarding process for assessment products for strategic and key accounts.
- Build and execute a playbook for ongoing advisory support, including data coaching and usage reviews.
- Oversee assessment migration and content services, ensuring high quality and clear scoping standards.
- Optimize operational intake, prioritization, and capacity models to enable team scalability.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to act as the voice of the customer and influence product development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 10+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, or customer-facing professional services.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance coaching.
- Deep understanding of formative and interim assessments and their application in educational decision-making.
- Strong operational instincts with a proven ability to turn ad hoc tasks into scalable processes.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable in both customer-facing and internal cross-functional settings.
Nice to have
- Prior experience scaling a services team in an EdTech or assessment company.
- Background as a former educator, instructional coach, or district-level assessment leader.
- Familiarity with psychometric concepts, standards frameworks, or item-writing best practices.
- Experience working in a product-led organization.
