TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Atlanta or Dallas. Dallas: 4 days per week in office; Atlanta: starts as remote, then transitions to 4 days per week in office.

What you will do
- Manage relationships with district leaders and teachers to ensure Magma is indispensable for their goals.
- Monitor customer health through proactive outreach and usage data analysis to identify trends and risks.
- Execute end-to-end onboarding and adoption processes, providing both virtual and onsite training.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management to improve customer experience and drive account expansion.
- Generate case studies and testimonials by turning satisfied customers into champions.
- Provide feedback to the product team to shape future feature development.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success.
- Must be based in Atlanta or Dallas.
- Proven track record of building and retaining strong professional relationships.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willingness to travel to visit partner districts.
- Ability to conduct high-energy presentations and training sessions for groups of various sizes.
