What you will do

• Administer end-to-end permitting applications for utility pole attachments and rights-of-way.
• Track and report high-volume permit statuses and manage permit fee payments.
• Collaborate with vendor design teams to facilitate construction documents for nodes and power.
• Liaise between internal teams and municipal agencies to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
• Develop strong working relationships with City Councils, Building Inspectors, and Zoning departments.
• Identify and resolve complex permitting risks to prevent impact on field operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional permitting environments.
• Must reside in or near the Wilkes-Barre & Scranton, PA market.
• Familiarity with zoning and permitting regulations (City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
