What you will do

• Perform quality control reviews of daily deliverables including investor registration, reporting, and cash transactions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and deliverables as required by fund managers and clients.
• Provide guidance and support to team members regarding daily tasks and query responses.
• Participate in team meetings to share information and support a positive, collaborative culture.
• Assist management with department projects and risk mitigation initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or client service.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Halifax, NS.
• Excellent communication skills for managing client and internal stakeholder queries.
