Salary: $24–$38 per hour (Contract ending December 31, 2026).

What you will do

• Process RESP withdrawals and transfer requests accurately.
• Coordinate the generation and timing of monthly ESDC grant files.
• Reconcile monthly RESP grant payments from ESDC with internal systems.
• Review and process regulatory documents in both English and French.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity for registered account types.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with registered account types such as RRSPs, TFSAs, and RESPs.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or experience in the brokerage industry.
• Completion of or enrollment in a financial services industry program (e.g., CSC).
