Location: Must be based in Canada (Toronto office-based role with 100% remote schedule).

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Support advisor clients and sales teams with timely portfolio construction insights and training on internal analytics tools.
• Conduct independent meetings and accompany sales teams in advisor consultations regarding portfolio strategy.
• Partner with the Portfolio Construction team to educate stakeholders on investment philosophy and competitive strengths.
• Contribute to asset allocation discussions and the oversight of model portfolio execution.
• Utilize market research to provide detailed analysis of risk, return, and diversification for advisor books of business.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize market penetration and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 5+ years of investment market expertise.
• 3+ years of experience building or analyzing investment portfolios.
• Expert level knowledge of portfolio construction concepts and Canadian investment products.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to large audiences.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Completion of CFA, MBA, or CAIA designations.
