Salary: $108,000–$141,000 (Base), OTE: $180,000–$235,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a multi-year alliance strategy and Joint Business Plan to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Own GTM execution for Public and Private Google Cloud Marketplace listings.
- Build and scale repeatable co-sell plays aligned to the joint value proposition.
- Establish structured field engagement models including account mapping and opportunity planning.
- Activate leading SIs around Google Cloud-centered joint solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with Google Cloud Partner Development Managers and field leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of alliance, ecosystem, or partner leadership experience.
- Proven, pre-existing relationships with Google Sales and Partnership leaders.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud Marketplace dynamics and the Google Partner Advantage program.
- Expertise in Google Cloud solutions, specifically BigQuery and Gemini Enterprise.
- Demonstrated success in operationalizing partnerships into structured, repeatable field motions.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. in compliance with export controls.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms and infrastructure modernization.
- Experience driving enterprise AI/ML and GenAI workloads on Google Cloud.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience tracking ROI and managing hyperscaler funding structures.
