Salary: $90,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate critical strategic problems and priorities across business functions.
• Lead high-impact research to define competitive advantages in new or emerging categories.
• Orchestrate an internal insights Center of Excellence and manage intelligence vendor partnerships.
• Develop business and value cases, including financial forecasting and process analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional working sessions and prepare executive-ready project deliverables.
• Drive implementation of new capabilities through influence and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations consulting, retail, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and perform financial forecasting.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and timeline management.
• Expertise in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and synthesizing complex findings.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive communication.
