What you will do

• Prepare and submit mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Develop and maintain checklists and protocols for app submissions and configurations.
• Supervise the submission process, managing approvals and addressing rejections.
• Maintain a release calendar to ensure project timelines are met and report on progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Legal) and external clients to gather assets and requirements.
• Support app configurations on third-party tools and ensure compliance with store guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with mobile apps or product operations.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating guides and protocols.
• Understanding of mobile app release processes.
