What you will do

• Lead product discovery and problem definition for the Onboard and Verify domain, translating player needs and business goals into problem statements.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering to shape initiatives into well-defined epics with clear success metrics.
• Contribute to and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance.
• Define success metrics for each initiative and evaluate delivered outcomes against expected results.
• Integrate regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, and responsible gaming principles into product decisions.
• Utilize analytics platforms and A/B testing frameworks to inform prioritization and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with experience owning product roadmaps and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Professional experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting or adjacent regulated consumer tech industries.
• Deep understanding of the North American market and user expectations for onboarding and verification flows.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery, A/B testing, and data analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Open to candidates across the U.S.
