What you will do

• Develop and lead a 12–24 month content roadmap for Gaming Ops based on market data and commercial outcomes.
• Optimize the portfolio across themes, play styles, and configurations to drive revenue and lifecycle longevity.
• Partner with internal studios to define game direction and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Translate market intelligence into clear product direction and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Align cross-functional teams across commercial, creative, and analytics to execute a unified vision.
• Make high-stakes prioritization decisions regarding features, themes, and release schedules.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• 3+ years of experience in product management, game strategy, or gaming operations.
• Deep understanding of Class III / land-based slot performance drivers such as math models and volatility.
• Proven track record of managing game portfolios or content roadmaps.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to interpret performance metrics and market trends.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
