What you will do

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives critical to company growth, including expansion into new verticals.
• Own and evolve core Product Operations domains such as intake, prioritization, launch, and post-release feedback.
• Translate complex product strategy into clear narratives for customers, partners, and analysts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to improve execution speed and predictability.
• Identify systemic gaps and implement durable solutions to scale the Product & R&D operating system.
• Serve as a public-facing representative of the product vision and operating approach.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Strategy & Operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that impacted business performance.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving decision-making at the leadership level.
• Strong ability to design and scale operating models, governance frameworks, or organizational systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
