TL;DR
Director, Product Management (iGaming): Leading the strategy, execution, and P&L for marketing, promotional, and player-facing product capabilities across physical and digital ecosystems with an accent on driving player acquisition, engagement, and retention. Focus on building scalable, data-driven promotional mechanics and ensuring cohesive player journeys across EGM, online, mobile, and kiosk platforms.
Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Own the vision and strategy for marketing promotions and player experience across all customer-facing products.
- Define and drive end-to-end player journeys to ensure consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Manage product-level P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, and investment prioritization.
- Partner with design, UX, analytics, and engineering to translate player insights into scalable product capabilities.
- Create and communicate a multi-year product roadmap aligned with business priorities and financial goals.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market execution, including launch readiness and sales enablement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven ownership of product P&L and financial performance.
- Extensive experience in gaming player marketing and promotions.
- Demonstrated success delivering player experience improvements across EGM, online, mobile, and kiosk ecosystems.
- Must be eligible to obtain gaming licenses and undergo background investigations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
