What you will do
- Develop and analyze scalable wellbeing strategies to drive adoption across corporate accounts.
- Monitor client results and provide data-backed recommendations for future engagement opportunities.
- Execute communication plans via client-owned channels, including digital events and creative asset adaptation.
- Lead the client onboarding journey, coordinating seamless launch processes with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Client Success, User Marketing, and international teams to deploy global best practices.
- Manage and optimize the budget for the assigned client portfolio.
Requirements
- Professional experience in communications and client-facing roles.
- Native or fluent English proficiency (C1+).
- Ability to develop high-level strategies and execute them hands-on.
- Results-oriented mindset with a capacity to use data for performance tracking.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects in an agile environment.
- Must be based in the UK to support the UK & Ireland markets.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with creative tools like Canva.
- Experience with AI tools (Gemini, Notebook LLM).
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
