What you will do

• Develop and analyze scalable wellbeing strategies to drive hirify.global adoption across corporate accounts.
• Monitor client results and provide data-backed recommendations for future engagement opportunities.
• Execute communication plans via client-owned channels, including digital events and creative asset adaptation.
• Lead the client onboarding journey, coordinating seamless launch processes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success, User Marketing, and international teams to deploy global best practices.
• Manage and optimize the budget for the assigned client portfolio.

Requirements

• Professional experience in communications and client-facing roles.
• Native or fluent English proficiency (C1+).
• Ability to develop high-level strategies and execute them hands-on.
• Results-oriented mindset with a capacity to use data for performance tracking.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects in an agile environment.
• Must be based in the UK to support the UK & Ireland markets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with creative tools like Canva.
• Experience with AI tools (Gemini, Notebook LLM).
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
