Technology Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Maintain visibility across project progress, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, delivery reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Own project reporting for the technology function, providing updates to senior leadership.
• Act as a bridge between technology teams and operational stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear outcomes.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure commitments are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple projects within technology, digital, or business environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and project updates.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
• Must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not usually offered.

• Experience within events, exhibitions, SaaS, or B2B environments.
